Our Story
Cato's Saddle & Soul
Cato’s Saddle & Soul is committed to providing an extraordinary experience for all participants. Our services include horseback riding instruction and guided trail rides with scenic landscapes. We seek to inspire a deep-seated love for horses in everyone, reflecting our own personal experiences. Horses are faithful companions, with the potential to evolve into lifelong friends. The bond forged between horse and rider is remarkably strong. Rooted in our faith, we are devoted to sharing our passion for horses with others. Moreover, we facilitate a kids’ ministry, focused on teaching young individuals about the ways of the Lord and how we should walk with him. We invite everyone to join our community!
As the owner of my own business at 16, I, Savannah Cato, have dedicated the majority of my life to developing a passion for horse riding. Achieving my current standing has required unrelenting hard work and self-discipline. I serve as a Sunday school teacher at First Baptist Harriet’s Bluff Church, where the Book of Titus resonates with me, particularly its emphasis on being role models for the younger generation. I strongly agree with this sentiment. Interestingly, my three years of bull riding experience have significantly improved my horse riding abilities. I have earned three buckles throughout my rodeo career, which has only spanned a few years. My goal is to inspire young children to develop a love for horses, just as I have.
